Every enquiry is read by the studio, not routed to a call centre. Tell us which rooms you are renovating and roughly how large they are, and you will receive a written proposal that names the work, the assumptions, and the price range in one document.

01 Input
Room list with approximate floor area per room, an existing plan or hand sketch, and any fixed elements that must stay in place.
02 Output
A room-by-room scope with one measured dimension per room, a lighting concept outline, furniture placement notes, and finish codes for the materials under discussion.
03 Area
Dossiers are prepared remotely for apartments and houses across Ukraine. Site measurements in Kyiv are arranged separately after scope confirmation.

Furniture, finishing materials, construction works, permits, taxes, and delivery are not included unless a written proposal states otherwise. Starting prices are planning references only; final quotes follow scope confirmation and measurements.

Service area and exclusions

We document every room from Kyiv first. A site visit is added only when a dimension cannot be confirmed from your drawings or photos.

Other Ukrainian cities are handled remotely, with a local surveyor engaged when a measured visit is required.

How remote documentation runs

  1. Measured survey built from your photos, existing plans and a 20-minute video call.
  2. Dossier issued as a PDF plus an editable plan set, with finish codes kept identical across rooms.
  3. Two review rounds per room, then a final issue your contractor can price from.

Templates and renders are illustrative; final results may vary with site conditions.
